Pat, with the help of her daughter Emily, and daughter-in-law Erin, manage and take care of all seven charming homes of Scenic City Properties located near downtown Chattanooga. The family lives by the golden rule of integrity, sprinkled with sweet Southern hospitality.

Rules are clear. The washer and dryer are a very useful amenities, especially if you’re going on adventures and will be coming back with muddy/wet clothes. We had a mix up with check out times, and Pat was very understanding. Don’t think about it, just book this place. Won’t regret it."
